Orders are shipped from Toronto, Canada to the United States, Canada and select International locations.
Shipping information
Please allow us 1-3 business days to process your order. We do not ship on weekends and holidays. You will receive an e-mail with your shipment’s tracking information once your order has been shipped. Please note: tracking information will be updated online one business day after your order has been shipped. Items are shipped in discreet packaging with no store name or logo on the outside. Some countries require content information, in these cases our labeling will also be discreet.
Once an order is given to a carrier the item becomes that carrier's responsibility and The Feltt is no longer liable. The Feltt is not responsible for any packages lost or damaged while in transit to a destination, however we can help facilitate disputes with the carrier. Please be aware that such disputes usually take some time to resolve.

Orders that DO NOT include lube (please be aware that some items include sample packets of lube that we cannot remove without breaking the package): Full tracking included, 3-5 estimated business days* (*According to carrier. Delivery times are estimated. Expect delays due to COVID-19.)
Due to restrictions by our carrier, lube must be shipped and declared via Canada Post and will take up to 14 days to arrive. Lube will be labeled as moisturizer and toys will be discreetly labelled. If you place an order that includes lube, lube may arrive separately from your order.

Duties and taxes
Canada
Orders that are placed within Canada will be charged federal and provincial sales taxes, according to province. There are no duties on Canadian orders as The Feltt is located in Canada.
United States
When shipping to US destinations duties and/or taxes may apply, dependent on shipment value and contents of shipment. The customer is responsible for any and all local taxes, duties, tariffs or other similar charges or impositions. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and payment of these fees is obligatory if you wish to obtain your shipment. By placing an order the customer agrees that they are responsible for and will pay charges as applicable. For further information, please consult your local customs office.
International
When shipping to international destinations duties and/or taxes may apply, dependent on country, shipment value and contents of shipment. Customer address information
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that all shipping and address information is correct. The Feltt is not responsible for any loss incurred as the result of incorrect shipping information provided by the customer. For residences without a secure mailbox or door person, consider shipping to an address where the package will be safely received.
